Eligibility
Be a citizen or resident of an African country
Hold at least an undergraduate (bachelor's) degree in economics, statistics, data science, computer science, public policy, or a related quantitative field
Be an early-career professional, recent graduate, or independent researcher with an interest in applying data science to public policy issues
Demonstrate basic proficiency in data analysis tools and methods (such as Python, R, Stata, or Excel), with more advanced skills considered an advantage
Be able to commit the required time to training sessions, mentorship meetings, and project work throughout the fellowship period
Submit a complete application including the required personal and academic information through the official application form
