Eligibility
To apply, you must:
Be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada
Be fluent in English
Be available to attend the in-person seminar in Ottawa (Nov 2–6, 2025)
Commit to attending at least 10 virtual sessions
Show a clear commitment to global leadership, equity, and inclusion

Program Format
Online learning & virtual sessions
In-person immersive seminar in Ottawa (Nov 2–6, 2025)
Optional overseas experience (TBC – April 2026)
Ongoing virtual engagement before and after the in-person session
Participants engage with thought leaders, collaborate on real-world challenges, and explore Canada’s role in global development.
Degree Level
Aga Khan Foundation Canada Global Leadership Program 2025 is available to undertake level programs at Canada Universities.
Key Themes
Global geopolitics, sustainability, and the impact of climate change
The Fourth Industrial Revolution and the future of work
Gender equality and Indigenous reconciliation in Canada
Social inclusion, pluralism, and ethical leadership
Poverty reduction and Canada's development priorities
Participants will examine these through lectures, case studies, simulations, group coaching, and peer-to-peer learning.

Nominal Fee: $100 CAD to secure your spot (financial waivers available)
