Eligibility

To apply, applicants must:

Be of any nationality

Have a Bachelor’s degree (4 years) from a recognized university for Master’s programs

Hold a Master’s degree for PhD programs, with:

CGPA ≥ 3.50 (Master's)

CGPA ≥ 2.75 (Bachelor’s from a top university)

Meet AIT’s English proficiency requirement:

IELTS (Academic) or AIT EET score of 5.0+ for Master’s

5.5+ for Doctoral programs

AIT Thailand Scholarships 2025–2026 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake level programs at Asian Institute of Technology.

Available Subjects

AIT Scholarships are merit-based financial aid awards that help reduce the cost of tuition for qualified international students. These scholarships are available for postgraduate programs across the following three schools:

School of Engineering and Technology (SET)

School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD)

School of Management (SOM)

Scholarship Coverage

Full or partial tuition fee waiver (based on merit)

Students must cover:

Remaining tuition (if partially funded)

Registration fee : 20,000 Baht per semester

Living expenses : Approx. 11,500–15,000 Baht/month

Note: Scholarships are awarded once before enrollment and remain fixed for the entire study duration.
