Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be 18–30 years old (exceptions possible for strong candidates)
Be a founder or senior leader of a registered non-profit organization
Organization must: Be operational for at least 3 years Work in underserved communities Meet income criteria: $10,000 – $1 million (for $10,000 grant tier) $100,000 – $2 million (for $50,000 Lead2030 tier)
