Eligibility
To qualify for the Australian Government RTP Scholarship 2026, applicants must:
Be enrolled or eligible to enroll in an accredited Higher Degree Research (HDR) course at an Australian higher education provider.
Have suitable supervisors willing to support their proposed research project.
Meet the university’s admission requirements for HDR programs.
Demonstrate English language proficiency, with an IELTS Academic score of at least 7.0 in Writing and no band less than 6.5 (or equivalent).
Provide certified academic documents, including transcripts, birth certificate/passport, and research proposal.
Note: International students are not eligible for part-time study under this scholarship.
