Eligibility

To be eligible for the UNE Machine Learning PhD Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Core Requirements
Be a domestic or international applicant.
Be a new or continuing PhD student at UNE.
Enrolled or eligible for enrolment in a Doctoral degree within the School of Science and Technology.
Must undertake full-time study (on-campus preferred).
Scholarship-Specific Requirements
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Demonstrate strong Python programming skills.
Show genuine interest in machine learning, AI, and data analytics research.
Be willing to participate in industry engagement and internship activities with Cogninet Australia.
