Eligibility

To qualify for the Azerbaijan Government Scholarship, applicants must:

Be a citizen of an eligible country

Meet the age requirements: Undergraduate & General Medicine: under 35 Master’s & Residency: under 40 PhD: under 45

PhD: under 45

Have proficiency in English, Turkish, Russian, or Azerbaijani

Meet minimum language requirements: Undergraduate: IELTS 5.0 / TOEFL 40 Postgraduate: IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL 50

International economy-class flights (to and from Azerbaijan annually)

Monthly stipend of 800 AZN (approx. USD 470) for living expenses
