Eligibility
To apply for the China Link Scholarship Program, candidates must meet the following requirements: Be a citizen of a country other than China. Display academic excellence and good moral character. Be under 45 years old (general scholars) or under 50 years old (senior scholars). Be enrolled as a full-time student or academic staff member at a CSC partner university. Obtain an admission notice or invitation letter from Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU).
