Create an Account: Log in to the CGS Information Management System, select Scholarship Type B , and use BLCU's Agency Number: 10032 . 2. Complete BLCU Application: Access the BLCU Online Application System and fill out all required information. Upload Documents: Submit all necessary documents (see below) to both systems before the deadline. Application Review: BLCU will verify documents and conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates. Final Evaluation: Successful candidates will be recommended to the China Scholarship Council for approval. Notification: Check your status via your personal account on BLCU's portal or the China Scholarship Council website. 3. Documents Required for Application Ensure all documents are clear, authentic, and translated into Chinese or English if originally in another language. Here's the checklist: Scholarship Application Form (download from the CGS portal). Passport Copy (valid through at least March 2026). Notarized Highest Diploma or proof of current enrollment.
