Application Procedure

Application Timeline and Procedure Application Period: From November 2024 to April 2025. Agency Information: Beijing Normal University (BNU) Agency Number: 10027 Step-by-Step Application Process BNU Application: Complete the online application via the BNU International Student Application System. Pay the application fee and prepare required documents. CSC Registration: Create an account on the Chinese Government Scholarship System. Select Type B and use Agency Number 10027 for BNU. Document Submission: Submit the required documents to BNU by the deadline. Required Documents CSC Application Form (Chinese/English). Passport Copy: Must be valid beyond September 2026. Academic Transcripts: Notarized and sealed by the issuing institution. Language Certificates: HSK, IELTS, or TOEFL based on program requirements. Pre-admission Letter: Issued by the desired Chinese university. Study Plan: A detailed plan with at least 1,000 words. Recommendation Letters: Two letters from professors or associate professors. Non-Criminal Record: Issued within six months before the application. Physical Examination Form: Completed per Chinese quarantine authority standards. Admission and Enrollment BNU reviews applications and nominates candidates for the scholarship. Final Approval: Provided by the China Scholarship Council (CSC). Recipients must adhere to the admission letter’s conditions, including field of study and duration. An annual evaluation ensures continued scholarship eligibility.
