Eligibility

Degree Level: Master’s degree programs
Eligible Nationalities: For all programs: Applicants must be nationals of Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and Low-Income Countries (LICs) listed on the OECD-DAC list of ODA recipients. Additional eligibility (for Master of Water Resources Engineering and Master of Food Technology only): Nationals from VLIRUOS-listed countries (e.g., Bolivia, Indonesia, Kenya, Morocco, Philippines, South Africa, Vietnam, Zimbabwe, etc.).

A valid passport (showing nationality)
A diploma and transcript (from the university where the first degree was obtained)
