Belgium Master Mind Scholarships 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Masters level programs at Belgium Universities.

A grant of €10,000 per academic year (60 ECTS)

Full tuition fee waiver, meaning recipients only pay a small administrative fee

Eligibility Criteria

Step 1 Check Eligibility Institutions

Confirm if your chosen university or program in Flanders is part of the Master Mind Scholarship scheme.

Step 2 Apply To The Host Institution

Submit your application to the university before its internal deadline (varies by institution).

Step 3 Preselection By Institution

The university reviews and preselects eligible applicants .

Step 4 Application Via Mobility Online

If shortlisted, the university will create your profile in the Mobility-Online application portal.

Step 5 Confirmation Email

You’ll receive a notification from the portal regarding your preselection status.

Step 6 Upload Required Documents

Passport photo & valid ID/passport

Curriculum Vitae (with GPA, awards, publications)

Academic transcript (plus certified translation if not in Dutch, French, German, or English)

English test results or exemption letter

Motivation letter (English)

Two signed recommendation letters (English)

Diploma copy (plus certified translation if required)

Step 7 Final Submission

The host institution must validate and submit your completed application before the official deadline: 27 April 2025, 23:59 GMT+1 . Late submissions will not be considered.
