BP Future Talent Scholarship 2025, USA ($3,500 Award) is available to undertake level programs at USA Universities.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the BP Future Talent Scholarship 2025, applicants must: Be studying in the U.S. and working towards a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university. Graduate between December 2026 and May 2027. Be authorized to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis and not require sponsorship now or in the future. Be able to attend the 2.5-day in-person event at a BP office in June 2025. Align with BP’s values including Adaptability, Communication, Creativity and Innovation, Curiosity, Ethical Judgment, Resilience, and Stakeholder Engagement. Required Skills and Qualities Applicants are encouraged to demonstrate the following skills and qualities: Adaptability and Resilience in dynamic environments. Creativity and Innovation to contribute to BP’s future goals. Curiosity and a willingness to learn about the energy sector. Ethical judgment and excellence in academic and personal endeavors. Communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
