Eligibility
Be a citizen and resident of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, or Türkiye
Have advanced proficiency in at least two Southeast European languages
Hold a postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience
Have a minimum of five years' relevant professional or academic research experience
Be currently employed, or enrolled as a PhD candidate at a university outside the UK, EU, or USA
Have experience working with large datasets and computational methods in a library context
Have familiarity with 18th-20th century printed materials
Show a strong interest in the history and culture of the Balkan region
Desirable: familiarity with MARC21, RDA, and LCSH cataloguing standards
