Eligibility
To qualify for the Global Curtin Merit Scholarship, students must: Be international, fee-paying, and non-sponsored students (excluding Australian nationals). Meet or exceed the higher academic cut-off score set by Curtin for this scholarship. Be enrolling at Curtin’s Western Australia campuses for the first time in 2024. Be starting a full Curtin undergraduate or master’s by coursework program (excluding Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery).

Available Subjects
All undergraduate degrees (except for the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery). All postgraduate degrees (master by coursework) available to international students.
Benefits
The scholarship provides a 25% tuition fee discount for the first year, up to 200 credit points. This financial support eases the burden of studying abroad and allows students to focus on their academic and professional growth. However, it only applies to tuition fees and does not cover other international student expenses.

Application Procedure
No separate scholarship application is required. Interested students should apply for a Curtin course either through one of Curtin University’s registered education agents or directly online . All eligible applications are automatically assessed for the scholarship.
Applications Close: October 15, 2024
Enrollment Requirements To maintain the scholarship, recipients must: Stay enrolled as an international student for the scholarship’s duration. Remain in their initial course and major of study unless approved by Global Admissions. Maintain full-time enrollment of 100 credit points each semester or study period. Adhere to Curtin's policies and procedures and avoid serious misconduct.
