DAAD - RISE Professional Internships 2025 in Germany (Fully Funded) is available to undertake level programs at Germany Universities.
Eligibility
To be eligible for RISE Professional, applicants must: Be enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Earth Science, or Engineering (or a closely related field) at a North American, British, or Irish university. Be a RISE Germany alumni pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field at a North American, British, or Irish university. Recent graduates (within 7 months of graduation) may also be eligible, depending on the internship. International students must have resided in their respective countries for at least 12 months before applying. German language proficiency may be required for some internships, but it's not mandatory for all.

RISE Professional offers a comprehensive package to support interns: Monthly stipend: Varies based on degree level and internship duration. Travel expenses: Reimbursement for travel to and from Germany. Health insurance: Coverage for the duration of the internship. Language course subsidy: Up to 70% of language course fees. Participation in the RISE meeting: A three-day event in Heidelberg with travel reimbursement.
