Eligibility

To be eligible for the Delfina Foundation 2026 residency , applicants must be:

A citizen or long-term resident of one of the following countries:

Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Viet Nam
Living and working in one of the eligible Southeast Asian countries
Actively engaged in visual art practice with a proven track record
