Eligibility
To be eligible for Duke University's Summer Research Program, applicants must: Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Be in their second or third year of undergraduate studies (sophomore or junior status). International students are welcome to apply but must provide proof of legal residency in the U.S. during the program dates. International Student Considerations International students may apply for the program, but they must secure proper documentation to stay legally in the U.S. for the program duration. Duke University will assist eligible candidates in obtaining a J-1 visa if required.
