Eligibility
To qualify for the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship , applicants must meet the following conditions:
Nationality : Open to non-French nationals only
Age limit :
Under 27 years for Master’s applicants (born after March 2000)
Under 32 years for PhD applicants (born after March 1995)
Level of study : Must be applying for a Master’s or PhD program at a French higher education institution
Application channel : Applications must be submitted by a French institution on behalf of the student
Field of study : Preferred areas include science, engineering, economics, management, law, and political science
Note: Direct student applications are not accepted . You must first apply to a French institution and request they nominate you for the Eiffel program.

Crucial Note: Only applications submitted by French higher education institutions to Campus France are considered. Students cannot apply directly to Campus France.
How To Apply For Eiffel Excellence Scholarship

Check Internal Deadlines: Visit the university's "International" or "Scholarships" page. Most universities require you to submit your admission application and Eiffel request by late November or early December 2026 so they have time to vet your file.
