Eligibility
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must: Be Palestinian nationals or residents of the West Bank, Jerusalem, or Gaza Strip. Hold or be in the final year of a Master’s degree. Possess at least a B2 language proficiency in French or English. Secure admission or pre-admission at a recognized French doctoral school. Present a coherent research project aligned with their professional aspirations. This program promotes gender equality, encouraging women to apply. Candidates are also urged to seek co-funding opportunities to enhance their applications. Selection Process The rigorous selection process evaluates: Academic achievements and language proficiency. Relevance of the research project. Alignment of the project with the candidate’s professional aspirations. Quality of extra-curricular experiences. Priority is given to candidates with co-funding arrangements or research projects addressing priority themes.
