France World Forum for Democracy - Youth Delegation Fellowship 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Fellowship level programs at France Universities.

Following subjects are available to study under this scholarship program.
Democracy

Benefits

All selected youth delegates will receive:

Full coverage of travel expenses and visa fees (upon submission of receipts)
Free accommodation and meals at the European Youth Centre, Strasbourg
Participation in pre-forum training (Nov 3–4) and the full forum program (Nov 5–7)
Workshops, breakout sessions, and creative labs during the Forum
Networking with policymakers, media, civil society, and fellow youth leaders

Eligible Nationalities

Open to applicants of all nationalities.

Who Can Apply

The Youth Delegation will consist of 50 outstanding participants selected from across the globe. You are eligible to apply if you:

Are aged 18–30 years
Are actively engaged in youth or civil society organizations promoting democratic values
Are fluent in English (the working language)
Are motivated to share experiences, contribute ideas, and take part in global discussions on reviving democracy
Are available to participate fully in the program from 2–8 November 2025 in Strasbourg, including the preparation days

Objectives Of The Youth Delegation

The youth track of the World Forum for Democracy aims to:

Promote youth participation in decision-making
Bring youth perspectives to discussions on democratic renewal
Facilitate intercultural exchange and global cooperation among young people
Support the Reykjavik Principles of Democracy, focusing on youth inclusion, innovation, and action

Youth Preparation Days: November 3–4, 2025
Main Forum Dates: November 5–7, 2025
