Eligibility
To apply for the Erasmus+ Scholarship 2026, students must:
Be an active Líderes del Mañana student in good academic standing during the August–December 2025 semester
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 95/100 at the time of application
Preferably be in 5th semester or beyond with enough credits available to complete a semester abroad
Not have participated in any previous international academic experience during their undergraduate studies
Meet language proficiency requirements :
TOEFL iBT: minimum 80
IELTS Academic: minimum 6.5
Not be under any academic or disciplinary sanctions

Successful applicants will receive:
Airfare Support: Up to €1,500 for travel expenses to Germany
Monthly Maintenance Grant: Up to €850/month while living in Heidelberg
Health Insurance: Covered by the Líderes del Mañana Coordination
Note: Students are responsible for additional expenses such as visa fees, deposits, or personal costs not covered by the scholarship.

Submit a testimonial with photographs to the Vice Rectory for International Affairs
Submit a participant report to SRH University Heidelberg
Complete the Erasmus+ survey after the exchange

1. Can I apply if I’ve already studied abroad before?
No. This scholarship is only available to students who have not participated in any previous academic experience abroad .
2. Do I need to submit separate applications to the host university?
Yes. Acceptance to SRH University Heidelberg is required to receive the scholarship, and you must provide a copy of the admission letter .
3. What happens if I do not meet the host university's admission requirements?
If admission is not granted, the Erasmus+ scholarship will be forfeited .
