Eligibility

Applicants for the TU Dresden Distinguished Research Fellowship 2026 must meet the following criteria:

Academic Status:

Open to international scholars at the professor level, including professors, associate professors, and outstanding assistant professors.

Field of Research:

Must be active in one of the following areas:

Business Information Systems
Business Administration
Economics
Applicants must be employed at a university or research institution outside Germany.

Collaboration History:

Applicants must not have collaborated (e.g., through joint research projects or publications) with TU Dresden’s Faculty of Business and Economics in the past five years.

Host Collaboration:

Each project must involve a TU Dresden host — a professor or postdoc from the Faculty of Business and Economics — to foster active research cooperation.

Fellows will be chosen by an independent international selection committee based on:

Proven academic excellence through top-tier publications.
