Applicants must be non-Indonesian citizens and hold a valid passport.
For Bachelors Degree Applicants
Maximum age: 21 years
High School graduate (Bachelor’s degree holders are not eligible)
Minimum English proficiency:
TOEFL ITP 477

IELTS 5.5
TOEIC 510
Valid passport (valid through at least December of the intake year)
Embassy Recommendation Letter (mandatory)
Academic transcripts legalized by relevant authorities

Application Procedure
Download the KNB Scholarship Offer Letter from the official website
Contact the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate in your home country
Submit required academic and administrative documents to obtain an Embassy Recommendation Letter
Register online through the official KNB Scholarship portal
Upload all required documents in JPEG/JPG format (max 300 KB per file)
Complete the application and submit before the deadline
Note: Each applicant is allowed only one account, so ensure all documents are complete and accurate.
