Eligibility
To qualify for the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship, students must meet the following requirements: Non-EU/Non-EEA Fee Rate: Applicants must be classified as non-EU/non-EEA students. Eligible Programs for 2025/26: A 1-year full-time taught Master’s program. Nationalities 1 year of a full-time PhD program. Admission Offer from Irish Institutions: Applicants must hold an active offer to study at eligible Irish higher education institution. Applications without a confirmed offer will not be considered.
