Eligibility
To qualify for this Mastercard Foundation-funded scholarship, applicants must: Be a national of Uganda or East African countries (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan). Be economically disadvantaged or from marginalized communities. Be from conflict and post-conflict areas in Uganda. Be below 30 years (undergraduate) or below 35 years (master’s level) at the time of application. Have completed secondary school/diploma within the last two years (four years for refugees/IDPs). Meet Gulu University admission requirements for the selected programme. Demonstrate interest in agriculture, agribusiness, and entrepreneurship. Exhibit leadership potential and commitment to community transformation. Special Consideration for: Female applicants Refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs) Persons with disabilities (PWDs)

Application Procedure
The TAGDev 2.0 application process consists of two stages: Stage 1: Apply for Admission to Gulu University Visit the Gulu University Admission Portal: apply.gu.ac.ug Register using your email or mobile number. Log in and complete the application form. Attach certified academic documents (O-Level, A-Level, Diploma/Degree transcripts). Submit the application online. Stage 2: Apply for TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship via RUFORUM Access the RUFORUM Information Management System (RIMS): rims2.ruforum.org Create an account and activate it via email. Log in and navigate to Calls → Scholarship Calls. Select Call ID: RU/2025GuluUniv./TAGDEV2.0. Click Apply and complete the application form. Save and download the completed form. Attach the TAGDev application form to your university admission application.
