Eligibility

To qualify for the Hagan Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following conditions:

Academic Requirements
Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA
Minimum 24 ACT score or 1150 SAT score
Must be a graduating high school senior
Location & School Requirements
Must graduate from a public high school located in a rural county with fewer than 50,000 residents
Must have attended an eligible high school during both junior and senior year
Citizenship & Residency
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states
Financial Requirements
Must demonstrate significant financial need
FAFSA Student Aid Index (SAI) must meet Hagan Foundation guidelines
College Enrollment Requirements
Must plan to attend an eligible four-year accredited U.S. college or university
Must enroll as a full-time student
