Eligibility
The fellowship is open to U.S. citizens who have demonstrated at least seven years of service in one of the following areas:
Military service: U.S. veterans or active-duty members.
Public service in government: Federal, state, or local government employees, including teachers and law enforcement officers.
Civilian service programs: Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, and other full-time national service initiatives.
