Fellowship Details

Funding Amount : €5,000 (gross), covering travel and accommodation

Duration : Minimum 3-week stay at ICS, between:

January–July or

October–December

Output : Any publications or research results must acknowledge the ICS-ULisboa Advanced Studies Fellowship

Application Procedure

Applications must be sent via email to: assessoria.direccao@ics.ulisboa.pt The following documents are required:

Curriculum Vitae showcasing academic excellence

Letter(s) of support from ICS-ULisboa faculty

A detailed Work Plan (max 2,500 words) including:

Alignment with ICS’s research thematic lines

Proposal for at least 10 hours of in-person lectures/seminars

Plan for building or contributing to research networks

Key Dates

Application Period : May 15 – June 30, 2025

Evaluation : Conducted in July 2025

Selection Committee : Led by Cristiana Bastos (2024–2026) with other faculty members including Ângela Barreto Xavier, Edalina Sanches, and Rui Costa Lopes

Results Notification : By end of July 2025
