Benefits

For 2025, the CCP Fellowship will primarily offer on-site fellowships, although digital participation will be considered depending on travel regulations and personal circumstances. The programme is fully funded by the German Federal Foreign Office, and successful applicants will benefit from a range of supports during their stay. For participants from abroad, the fellowship covers: A monthly stipend of 650 euros Round-trip airfare Accommodation costs A monthly public transportation ticket within the fellow’s city of residence Health insurance Reimbursement of visa fees, if applicable For participants from Germany, the fellowship includes: A monthly stipend of 1,200 euros Round-trip airfare Health insurance Reimbursement of visa fees, if applicable Note: Family members, such as spouses or children, cannot accompany fellows, and the programme does not assume additional costs for other individuals.

Application Procedure

The application process for the CCP Fellowship is straightforward and involves three main steps: Select your country call: Choose the appropriate country call for applications from the CCP portal. Complete the application: Fill out the application form and upload all necessary documents, including your CV, a letter of recommendation, and optional photo. Ensure all documents are ready before starting, as the system does not allow saving drafts. Submit your application: Finalise and submit your application online before the deadline. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. The application period for 2025 fellowships runs from 15 October to 5 December 2024. Required Documents To complete your application, you’ll need the following: A curriculum vitae (CV) in English detailing your education, work experience, and skills A letter of recommendation from your supervisor using the provided template A photo (optional) CCP Alumni Network All CCP Fellowship holders will be included in the CCP Alumni Network, a valuable resource for continued collaboration and networking with other professionals committed to civil society development. In addition, fellows focusing on key topics for 2025 will have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive event designed to further enhance their expertise and engagement.
