To be eligible for the Promising Scholars Program, applicants must: Apply and gain admission to IUP by October 31, 2025. Complete the Promising Scholars Application online via the official IUP website: Promising Scholars Application. Demonstrate academic excellence, leadership skills, and community involvement. Attend one of the interview events: Promising Scholars West: November 23, 2025 (IUP Campus). Promising Scholars East: November 26, 2025 (Philadelphia).
