Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be a citizen and resident of an eligible Small Island Developing State (SIDS).
Hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university awarded in 2015 or later.
Have a minimum academic performance equivalent to a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Possess at least three years of relevant professional work experience.
Not already hold a Master's degree or a higher qualification.
Be available to begin studies in Ireland during the 2027 academic year.
Demonstrate leadership qualities and commitment to national development.
Show dedication to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Select three eligible Master's programmes.
Have applied to the Ireland Fellows Programme no more than once previously.
