Eligibility
Educational Qualifications: All applicants must hold a recognized university degree. Age Limit: Business Administration Course: Applicants must be under 40 years old as of 1st September 2025. Other Courses (Government, Local Governance, Law, and Healthcare Administration): Applicants must be under 40 years old as of 1st October 2025. English Language Proficiency: Business Administration Course: Applicants must demonstrate a strong command of English language as evidenced by a minimum TOEFL-iBT score of 100, TOEFL-PBT score of 600, TOEFL-CBT score of 250, IELTS Academic score of 7.0, or equivalent. A competitive GMAT or GRE score is highly desirable. Other Courses: Applicants must possess a good command of English language as indicated by a minimum TOEFL-iBT score of 80 or IELTS score of 6.0, or equivalent. Work Experience: Business Administration Course: A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required. Government, Local Governance, and Healthcare Administration Courses: At least three years of full-time work experience in government offices is essential. Law Course: A minimum of four years of work experience, including at least some involvement in legal matters within Malaysia, is necessary. Note: Equivalent language proficiency tests and scores may be accepted at the discretion of the selection committee.
