To apply for the Northeast Asia Legal Talents Program, you must: Be a non-Chinese citizen under 45 years old. Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher with over three years of professional experience. Majors Offered: Laws (Non-Jurisprudence) Laws (Jurisprudence) This program integrates theory and practice, focusing on disciplines such as International Economic Law, Private International Law, and Northeast Asia Trade Legislation. Curriculum and Credit System The program requires 32 credits, including a 5-credit thesis. Courses are categorized as follows: Compulsory Courses (10 credits): Legal Professional Ethics International Relations and International Law Principles and Practices of International Economic Law Principles and Practices of Private International Law International Commercial Law Special Modules (16 credits): Topics include Contract Law, Corporate Law, and International Arbitration Rules. Practical Training (5 credits): Moot Court Legal Document Writing Legal Negotiation Thesis Writing: Focused on real-world legal challenges, requiring 15,000 words.

Application Procedure
Register at the Jilin University International Student Service System here .
Deadline: January 10, 2025.
The College of International Education will verify your qualifications by January 16, 2025.
Eligible candidates will be assessed via interviews or exams by February 28, 2025.
Apply through the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System by March 24, 2025.
Results will be communicated through email.
No Double Funding: Applicants cannot hold multiple Chinese government scholarships simultaneously.
Annual Evaluation: Continuation of scholarships depends on annual performance reviews.
