KAIST South Korea Scholarships Fall Intake 2025-2026 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Masters, PhD level programs at KAIST.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the KAIST Graduate Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria: Must be international students without Korean citizenship. For Master’s programs: Submit proof of a Bachelor’s degree. For PhD programs: Submit proof of a Master’s degree. Final-year undergraduate or Master’s students expecting to graduate before September 2025 are also eligible. English proficiency requirements: TOEFL iBT: 83 IELTS: 6.5 TOEIC: 720 TEPS: 326 English Proficiency Waiver: Applicants from English-speaking countries or those who completed their previous education in English are eligible for a waiver.

Required Documents Ensure all documents are in Korean or English. Submit: A scanned copy of your national ID. National IDs of both parents. Family registration proof showing the relationship with parents. Academic certificates and transcripts. English proficiency test results (if applicable). Two recommendation letters. CV (if recommendation letters are from employers). Proof of honors, awards, or employment. How to Apply?
