Bachelor’s Degree: 490 scholarships
Master’s Degree: 50 scholarships
PhD (Doctoral Degree): 10 scholarships

Eligible Nationalities
Open to applicants of all nationalities.
For Bachelors Degree Applicants
Must be applying for the first time at the undergraduate level.
Must provide a copy of a valid ID or refugee certificate.
A high school certificate with at least a “good” average grade.
Motivational essay in Kazakh, Russian, or English.
Two letters of recommendation from educational institutions or employers.
Medical certificates, including an HIV/AIDS test report.
Notarized translation of academic documents if not in Kazakh, Russian, or English.
For Masters Degree Applicants
Must be applying for the first time at the postgraduate level.
A Bachelor’s or Specialist diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
A motivational essay and two letters of recommendation.
Medical certification and HIV/AIDS test.
Proof of foreign language proficiency, such as:
TOEFL iBT (min. 46)
IELTS Academic (min. 5.5)
TestDaF / DSH (German)
DELF / DALF / TFI / TCF (French)
HSK Level 4 (Chinese)
Note: Language certificates are not required for students from countries where the official or previous language of study matches the language of instruction.
For Phd Doctoral Applicants
A Master’s or Specialist diploma with a GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
Motivational essay, two recommendations, and medical documentation.
Foreign language certificate as listed above.
Justification for the dissertation topic in Kazakh, Russian, or English.
