Eligibility
To be considered for the Dean's Excellence Scholarship, applicants must:
Have made a formal application to a full-time taught MSc program at Kent Business School for September 2025 intake
Hold an offer of admission
Be self-funded (not receiving full funding from other scholarships or sponsorships)
Possess a UK first-class degree or its international equivalent
Submit a compelling supporting statement detailing how the MSc program at KBS will contribute to their career and personal development

This scholarship is open to all UK and international applicants across all taught MSc courses offered by Kent Business School.
Eligibility Criteria

Selection Process
Awards are granted on a rolling basis
The Scholarship Awarding Panel will meet monthly
Successful candidates will be notified within one week of the panel meeting
The University reserves the right not to allocate the scholarship if no suitable candidates are identified
Application Procedure
To apply for the Kent Business School Dean's Excellence Scholarship for the 2025 academic year, applicants must follow these steps:
Submit Msc Application
Apply for a full-time taught MSc course at Kent Business School for September 2025 entry.
Ensure that your application is complete and includes all required academic documents.
Receive Offer Of Admission
Once your MSc application is reviewed and accepted, you must hold an official offer (conditional or unconditional) from Kent Business School.
Prepare Supporting Statement
Write a personal statement that explains:
Why you have chosen your specific MSc program
How the program aligns with your career goals and personal development
What makes you a strong candidate for the scholarship
Submit Scholarship Application
Submit the supporting statement along with any other required documentation through the official University of Kent scholarship application portal.

Await Decision
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by the Scholarship Awarding Panel.
