Residency: Must be a resident of Alabama
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen
Education Level: Must be a current high school senior or a college student planning to pursue or continue undergraduate studies
College Location: Must attend or plan to attend a four-year Alabama college or university
Accreditation: The institution must be accredited by SACS
