London School of Economics and Political Sciences UK Chevening LSE Fellowships 2025 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Fellowship level programs at London School of Economics.

Eligibility

General Requirements
Nationality and Residency: Must be a citizen of China currently residing in the country.
Return Intent: Applicants must demonstrate a clear intention to return to China upon completion of the fellowship.
Academic Qualifications: Hold a postgraduate degree or possess equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
Professional Experience: Possess a minimum of five years of substantial and relevant work experience, or be a currently enrolled PhD candidate (excluding UK, EU, and US universities).
Dual Nationality: Must not hold dual British nationality (exceptions apply as outlined in the Chevening Guidance for Applicants).
Employment Restrictions
Government Employment: Cannot be a current or former employee, or a relative* of an employee of the UK government or affiliated organizations (including the British Council, UK universities, and the Association of Commonwealth Universities).
Previous Scholarship Holders: Individuals who have previously received a UK government-funded scholarship or fellowship are eligible to apply after a five-year gap and must demonstrate career progression since the previous award.
Chevening Partner Organizations: Employees, former employees, or relatives* of Chevening Partner organizations can apply, but cannot receive an award from the same organization within two years of employment.
*Relatives include parents, siblings, children, spouse, civil partner, or unmarried partner in a relationship equivalent to marriage or civil partnership for at least two years.
Note: Applicants must agree to adhere to all program guidelines and expectations.
