Makerere University Mastercard Foundation Scholarships 2024 (Fully Funded) is available to undertake Masters, Bachelor level programs at Makerere University.

Eligibility

General Requirements:

Be admitted to Makerere University's main campus (undergraduate) or Master's program (graduates). Apply for admission to Makerere University first.

Have completed the highest level of education required for your program (e.g., A-Levels for undergrad) in an African country.

Face significant financial hardship.

Demonstrate leadership potential and a history of community service.

Not hold any other scholarships.

Not be enrolled in or have completed another relevant degree program (undergrad or Master's).

Be under the age limit:

28 for general applicants (undergrad)

32 for refugees and students with disabilities (undergrad)

35 for general applicants (Master's)

40 for refugees and students with disabilities (Master's)

Refugees must be recognized and registered, with proof attached to the application.

Note: Only admitted students to Makerere University will be considered for the scholarship selection process.
