Eligibility
Aged 18-26 as of June 1, 2025. Show commitment to their community with a focus on education, health, or economic security . Fluent in written and spoken English. Access to email and the internet. Commit to attending the Community Needs Assessment in June 2025 and the in-person program in July 2025 . Possess the necessary travel documentation and visas. Application Deadline: November 10, 2024 (11:59 PM EST).

Costs Covered by MCW Global International and domestic economy flights for participants. Accommodation and meals during the program. Public transportation to and from major airports (JFK, LaGuardia, Newark). Travel between New York and Burlington. Note: Participants must cover their own passport and visa fees, as well as in-country travel costs.

July 2025 – July 2026: Mentorship & Project Execution

To increase your chances of selection: Provide clear answers to essay questions, including your proposed community project and how you will address challenges using leadership skills. Submit a one-page resume in Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1-inch margins. Attach two letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with your community work.
