MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP) 2025, Netherlands (Fully Funded) is available to undertake level programs at Netherlands Universities.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Age: You must be 45 years old or younger by the application deadline, plus two weeks.
Work Experience: At least two years of professional experience is required.
Employment: You must not be employed by an organization with its own staff development programs (e.g., international development agencies or large multinational corporations).
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English is required (all programmes are conducted in English).
Employer Support: You must submit a written endorsement from your employer, supporting your participation and the implementation of a Back Home Action Plan.
Priority Areas: Your work must align with one of the thematic focus areas set for your country under the MSP.

You must be a professional working and living in one of these countries: Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, or Tunisia.
