Register and complete your application at the Chinese Government Scholarship Online System .
Choose the program type as Type B.
Use Minzu University of China's agency number: 10052.
2. Application via MUC Online System
Complete the application and upload all necessary documents on the MUC Online Application Portal .
Required Application Documents
Scholarship Application Form (in Chinese or English).
Notarized Highest Diploma (with official proof if you're awaiting graduation).
Academic Transcripts from undergraduate and graduate studies (notarized if in languages other than Chinese or English).
Study Plan/Research Proposal:
Master’s: At least 1,000 words.
Doctoral: At least 1,500 words, signed by the applicant's prospective Chinese supervisor.
Two Recommendation Letters: From professors or associate professors.
Language Proficiency Certificate:
HSK Level 4 or higher for Chinese-taught programs.
IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent for English-taught programs.
Foreigner Physical Examination Form (valid for six months).
Passport Copy (valid until at least September 30, 2025).
Non-Criminal Record Certificate (issued within six months of application).
Individual Works: Required for arts or design applicants.
Supervisor Acceptance Letter (if available).
