Eligibility
Eligibility: Be currently enrolled in the second, third, or fourth year of a university program at an institution located in a New Southbound Policy partner country. Citizenship: Hold a passport from a country other than the People's Republic of China (including Hong Kong and Macau) or Taiwan (Republic of China). Financial Aid: Not be currently receiving financial support from the Taiwanese government, its agencies, or educational institutions.

Benefits
Travel: Round trip airfare up to NTD 15,000 (This clarifies the airfare is a maximum amount). Monthly Stipend: NTD 10,000 to cover your everyday living costs. Accommodation: NTD 18,000 per month to help with housing expenses. Health Coverage: NTD 3,300 covering your student insurance for the entire five-month program. Program Activities: Fully funded courses, cultural visits, educational trips, and enriching experiences. (This emphasizes the educational and cultural aspects).
