The Open Doors Olympiad is a fully online international competition that allows foreign citizens and stateless individuals to gain early admission to Russian universities . Winners of the Olympiad receive full scholarships covering tuition fees , with programs available in both English and Russian . Eligibility Criteria for Participation: Bachelor’s track : Open to individuals with general secondary education. Master’s track : Available for those with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
