Applicant must hold a bachelor's degree (for M.Sc.) or a master's degree (for Ph.D.) in a STEM field, such as:

Electrical Engineering
Mathematics

or other relevant scientific/engineering majors
Degree must be from a university recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education (MoE).
Minimum required CGPA: 3.0 – 3.5 / 4.0 (varies by program).
