Meet one of the following requirements: Attend a college or university located within the Area of Dominant Influence (ADI) of the Chicago/Midwest Chapter television markets. Have a permanent home address within the Chapter's ADI. Be a relative of a member in good standing of the NATAS Chicago/Midwest Chapter.
