Postdoctoral Research Fellowship (PhD holders only)

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold a PhD from a reputable university in the humanities or social sciences.
Have at least 2 years of postdoctoral research experience.
Possess a well-established publication record and international scholarly visibility.
Submit a clear research and publication plan that extends beyond doctoral work.
Must indicate the relevant ARI research cluster(s) in the application (maximum of 2 clusters).

The fellowship is open to scholars conducting research in the Humanities and Social Sciences with a focus on Asia. Research should align with one or more of ARI’s research clusters such as:

Asian Migration
Asian Urbanism
Inter-Asia Engagements
Science, Technology, and Society
Religion and Globalisation
Asian Population and Health (Refer to ARI’s Research Clusters for the full list.)

Benefits

Monthly remuneration: S$6,250 (inclusive of housing and living allowance).
