Eligibility
To be eligible for the New Zealand Government Scholarship, applicants must: Be at least 18 years old at the time of application. Be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident. Be willing to engage in immersive learning in a different cultural environment. Not be required to be currently enrolled in a university – individuals from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply! The Prime Minister’s Scholarship for Asia and Latin America is a fully funded program, covering: Tuition Fees – Financial coverage for offshore study (not applicable for New Zealand-based fees). Travel Costs – Funding for round-trip flights to and from the host country. Living & Accommodation Allowance – Assistance for daily expenses. Internship Support – Contributions towards internship-related costs. Visa & Insurance Coverage – Support for required documentation and travel security.
