There are two main steps involved in applying for the OAS-UTEP PAEC Scholarship: 1. Scholarship Application: Once you've been admitted to UTEP for Fall 2024, you'll automatically be considered for the OAS-UTEP PAEC Scholarship. No separate application is needed. You'll need to submit all the required supporting documents as part of the UTEP admission process. Selection Process: A scholarship review committee will evaluate applicants based on the following criteria: Geographic Distribution: The committee will consider the needs of OAS member states based on the Human Development Index by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
